Time and again, I've spoken of how doing it affects us, right from making us calm and peaceful, bringing us inner peace, to making us centered, aligning our mind and body at the same pace.
Meditation allows you to experience moments of your life, and also takes you on this journey of a deeper level of life, and that's the beauty of it. But, most of all, and what I wanted to touch upon today, is how it breaks you free from the mental and physical chains that we have built for ourselves.
These constant mental distractions, not being able to focus on one thing, keeping yourself busy so you can suppress that voice within, and physically, running after one place to the next, wanting a change of scenery, wanting to take a break because the current scenario becomes monotonous - meditation, the hidden beauty of life, takes away all of that and gives you so much more.
If you want to experience this as well, keep all your devices away, put on some soothing music, and just sit with your eyes closed for 20-30 minutes at least (p.s. if you're starting out, know that it'll take time for you to experience all of this, the mind is always chattering and to still it, will need practice and patience).
Before you continue to enjoy today’s newsletter, I have a small ask from you. I want more subscribers. I want all this value to reach more people. It’s a simple ask.
Can you share this newsletter with your friends and family and maybe on social media?
Thank you! :)

We have been doing things in our life just because it has happened a certain way for years and everyone does it or because you were taught this way.
It's high time you step up and start asking how everything affects you, its consequences on your life, and start changing things one by one. No one else is going to do it for you.
Thank you for your time, honestly and I shall see you next week with the 18th edition of the newsletter.
