Every human has an individual voice and every voice is important. Every voice has the power to bring change. It's just that you need to share your voice.
If that voice has the potential and value attached to it, then more voices will join in and it becomes a movement of change.
This has been my thought process and something that I've shared time and again and encouraged people to use their voices.
However, with the easy access to mediums that broadcast your voice and having seen how people have been using their voices lately, I feel there needs to be an addition to that previous statement.
*Use your voice if it adds meaning to the conversation. If not, then being a spectator is better than making unnecessary noise in such a scenario*
That's what I feel now and that's how I wanted to begin this week's newsletter.

There's no one way to any path, no fixed formula or method. Everyone writes their own way, with their own set of successes and difficulties, each to their own experience.
Understanding that is a powerful way forward, to know that I can get inspired, but I cannot emulate, I have to find my own way.
